These sales terms define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering, refunding, or claiming the product. The Custom Magazines j.d.o.o. is a provider of products through e-commerce accessible via Internet and the websites in the subdomain. http://xxxxxxxxxxxxx and related pages (information systems). The buyer of a product is the end e-commerce user who chooses one service, generates an order, and pays for the product.
The Custom Magazines j.d.o.o. sells and provides e-commerce products in accordance with the terms and conditions reported bellow. By using and accessing e-commerce, the customer or visitor (end user) is deemed to have read and understood the Terms of Use, and to accept the terms and conditions herein and to use the service in accordance with them. The right to use e-commerce is not transferable to other physical or legal entities.

If the user (buyer) does not accept the Terms of Use, he/she must refrain from accessing and using the e-commerce. The Custom Magazines j.d.o.o. reserves the right to revise the Terms of Use at any time as well as to terminate access to e-commerce without prior notice.
Pursuant to Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, consumers in all EU Member States have the same rights when purchasing goods or services through this website, regardless of where they bought a product or service within the Union.
CONDITIONS OF BUYING/SELLING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
These Purchase/Sales Terms define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering, lodging a complaint, cancelling a purchase, and the Seller's liability for material defects of the services offered by the e-commerce.
1. Ordering
For your order to be valid you must follow the procedures that enable e-commerce. Your order is accepted if you have received information (an e-mail via website or e-mail) about the order. By acquiring an electronic message, it is considered that you agree with the order and that there is a contractual relationship.
2. Payment
The prices reported in the e-commerce are retail prices, they are quoted in Croatian currency Euro (€), and are valid for all payment methods at the time of purchase.
If there are prices shown in currencies other than Euro (€), we state that those prices are calculated according to the current exchange rate of Croatian National bank, and they serve only as information for buyers. The charged price can be different than those displayed here.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency (€). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
The service or products being sold is in accordance with the written description given in the reports below the name of the service.
The location of the product is Croatia.
The Custom Magazines j.d.o.o. reserves the right to change product descriptions, prices and conditions at any time.
3. Delivery
The Custom Magazines j.d.o.o. will ship products in maximal period of 5 working days after the payment is completed using Croatian Post service with tracking number.
Products are made only after the order is made to be able to fulfill eventual specific wishes concerning the color of the product (which are to be stated in the note made in the buying process).
4. Filing of complaints
Eventual complaint about the provided products can be lodged at the following e-mail address: carm.mags@gmail.com.
Custom Magazines j.d.o.o. will respond to your complaint in written form within 15 days of receiving it.
5. Return and refund policy
Buyer has a right to return product in a period of 14 days after receiving product .
Before sending product back please contact Custom Magazines j.d.o.o. at email address carm.mags@gmail.com and we will provide address and instructions for returning product.
Shipments are to be sent with tracked service and customer pays shipping costs.
We will inform you when we receive your shipment and you will be refunded for the price of products (shipping costs will not be refunded) in a period of two working days.
6. Liability for material faults
The Custom Magazines j.d.o.o. as a Trader is responsible for material faults of goods-products in accordance with the Mandatory Obligations Act.
